Britain’s Monarch, King Charles III thanks his well-wishers after his Cancer Diagnosis

The news of the cancer of King Charles was announced by the Buckingham Palace earlier on Monday. King Charles who is 75 years now has been diagnosed with cancer while he was undergoing treatment for an enlarged prostate in January. Although the type of cancer has not been disclosed by the Palace.

Since the diagnosis of the cancer the Monarch has thanked his supporters in a public statement “I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks for the many messages of support and good wishes I have received in recent days”.

Monarch also wrote: “It is equally heartening to hear how sharing my own diagnosis has helped promote public understanding and shine a light on the work of all those organizations which support cancer patients and their families across the UK and wider world.”

He has also admired the professionals and the cancer charities to dedicate themselves and take care of the patients effortlessly and tirelessly.

While undergoing treatment for cancer King Charles has stepped back from some events which will be now taken care by Queen Camilla and the Prince of Wales.

Queen Camilla mentioned that her husband was really moved by all the nice notes and messages people have been sending from everywhere.

Following the announcement of Monarch’s illness, a visit to Britain by younger son, Prince Harry, took place on Tuesday, further contributing to the week’s dramatic events. During their 45-minute meeting at Clarence House, the King’s London residence, before Prince Harry’s return to his home in the United States, the nature of their discussions remained undisclosed.
