Willem Dafoe honored with the First Hollywood Walk of Fame Star in 2024. The “Poor Things” Actor was honored with the 2,768th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, January 8.
The Actor has several accolades along with four times Oscar nominations and three Golden Globe Award nominations.

Fellow actors Patricia Arquette and Pedro Pascal, along with filmmaker Paul Schrader, delivered heartfelt speeches highlighting Dafoe’s dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to pushing artistic boundaries. Dafoe, visibly moved by the outpouring of appreciation, quipped, “I feel like I should be wearing more than jeans for this occasion!” His signature humility and playful wit resonated with the crowd, reminding everyone why he’s not just a celebrated actor, but a beloved entertainer.
The Shadow of the Vampire actor has also thanked his wife Giada Colagrande.
The 68 years old actor debuted in the movie Heaven’s Gate in a supporting role in 1980. With 150 films in the bag, Willen has proved to be a versatile actor. Willem Dafoe gained popularity by playing supervillain Norman Osborn / Green Goblin in the Spiderman movie and its sequel.
